All projects goes through the same process within TALOS so that we consistently achieve the same results with every customer. Project plans are prepared for every project so design, materials, labour & logistics are all accounted to deliver your project on time and within budget.

What To Expect When Choosing TALOS

STEP 1 – MEETING US FOR THE FIRST TIME

When you send a enquiry to us either via email or through our website, one of our friendly team members at TALOS will give you a call back on the number you provided. We will ask simple questions and determine how we can best assist you with your project. A consultation at your home will be arranged so that we can meet with you, further understand your requirements, show you samples, take measurements and see you like and don’t like.

From the information gathered, we will come up with a design and an indicative price to deliver it. You may also come to our showroom to see products, materials and colours.

STEP 2 – DESIGN & FEEDBACK

The initial design we prepared for you will be open for feedback by you, this is so your needs will be fully met & considered, this phase is also an opportunity for improvements and value engineering. We may be very good at building and delivering, but at end of the day it will be yours to use and therefore the focus will be on you and not us.

Once the design has been agreed upon, an agreement will be prepared so that you know exactly what you will be getting and for how much. This is a critical step as it eliminates any ambiguity and confusion on scope and responsibility. Payment schedule and deposits will be clearly shown in the agreement, once deposit has been cleared we commence planning for your project.

STEP 3 – RENOVATION, INSTALLATION & INSPECTION

Every project will have a tailored project plan to suit its requirements, this is an internal document for the TALOS team to follow to ensure all materials, labour, and logistics are accounted for the design is followed. Communication with you will typically be via email unless there are urgent matter which you need to be aware of. An indicative installation date will be advised on our first email to you.

Lead times are estimated to be 4 – 5 weeks from our check measure and installation times average 3 days to 4 weeks. Installations are generally on weekday Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Weekend works are possible but will need to arranged and agreed upon first.

At the completion of the project we will carry out a routine site inspection to ensure all agreed scope are completed.
