Do you have a showroom?
Yes we do, our showroom is located in Silverwater NSW. We also plan to open another showroom in 2020 towards the inner west of Sydney or the Lower North Shore.
How much are your kitchens?
Kitchen price depends on the size of the kitchen, the material of the doors and if there’s any features you would like to add. The combinations available are numerous and so are the range in pricing. Hence we prefer not to give pricing over the phone even if you promised to not hold us to it. What’s better is to arrange an Obligation Free home consultation with us where we can ask and understand your exact requirements and then give you pricing options for you to choose.
I have an average size kitchen, how much would a kitchen renovation cost me?
This is similar to the question above, you also have to know that everyone’s perspective of an average size kitchen is different. We will never give misleading information to our customers and therefore will not answer questions such as there without visiting your home first.
I have a really small kitchen, how much would it cost me?
No matter the perceived size of your kitchen, it is our policy to no quote or give pricing over the phone. This is so we do no risk misleading customers on how much to budget for their kitchen renovation. A simple home consultation is all that is needed for us to give you more accurate information on what to expect to spend.
Can you just replace doors and benchtops only?
Yes we can. If you are happy with the layout of your kitchen and the cabinets are still sturdy then you can consider only doing a minor kitchen makeover with us rather then complete rip out and install of a brand new kitchen.
How long will the renovation take?
This depends on what will be involved in your kitchen renovation. Typically, kitchen renovations can range from 2 days to 4 weeks. One of our kitchen renovation specialist will be able to give you a more accurate indication.
Do I need to take off work?
No, you do not have to take work off but the decision is ultimately up to you. All our staff are professionals and are permanent employees of the company. Whether you decide to leave us the keys or stay at home with us, we will continue to work on the job as quickly and carefully as possible to your satisfaction.
Do you have electricians and plumbers? Can I use mine?
Yes and Yes, We have electrical and plumbing partners which we use on a weekly bases and like us, they are also small business owners who are fully licence, fully insured and charges reasonably.
Alternatively, if you have an electrician and plumber who you would to be involved in the project, we would gladly work in with them to carry out your project.
Where are your Kitchens made?
All our products are made here locally in Australia. We find that by doing so, we have better control over lead times and the quality of the finished product before installation.
Are your kitchens imported?
No, we do not import kitchens from overseas. By offering locally made products, we are confident that they will meet Australian Standards, do not contain the high levels of toxins which overseas products may have and we have alot greater control on its manufacturing.
Can I supply my own appliances, fixtures and fittings?
Yes you may, they just need to be on site when we are also there so we can can arrange the installation of them for you.
What materials do you use?
All boards for cabinets & doors are all sourced locally in Australia from reputable suppliers such as Polytec and Laminex. We only use Blum products for our cabinet door hinges. All other accessories are sourced from Australian suppliers.
Do you design and install wardrobes?
Yes we do, please contact us if you would like more information.
Do you do Bathrooms?
we pride ourselves as Kitchens Re-Modellers but we also have the capability to do bathrooms. This depends on our workload at the time of enquiry. We often take on bathroom renovations jobs for repeat customers who we have already proved ourselves with their kitchen.
Are we able to use some of our old cupboards in the new kitchen renovation?
Yes, as long as the old cupboards are still sturdy, structurally fine and is able to connected with the new cabinets.
Can we duct the rangehood into the ceiling space only and avoid exhausting to the outside?
Simply No, if the rangehood is only ducted into the ceiling space then the oil residues which will be collected inside the ceiling will attract rodents. Oil residue is also combustible meaning in the event of a fire, the oil can act as a fuel to help to spread of the fire.
It is also against the Australian Building Code and legislation. Rangehoods can only either be recirculated or exhausted to outside the the home.
